The Contact Center
Executive has to Handle Customer queries &
complaints meeting the service level standard, Ensure first contact resolution
in every possible case, Effectively follow up and escalate the queries &
complaints where necessary.
The
candidate must be Graduate in any discipline
The candidate must have prior experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, fresher’s are also encouraged to apply, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla, excellent interpersonal skills, flexible to work in different shifts, competent in MS Office
