widely known as GP, is the leading telecommunications service provider in Bangladesh.
With more than 46.04 million subscribers (as of September 2013), Grameenphone
is the largest mobile phone operator in the country. It is a joint venture
enterprise between Telenor and Grameen Telecom Corporation, a non-profit sister
concern of the internationally acclaimed microfinance organization and
community development bank Grameen Bank. Telenor, the largest telecommunications
company in Norway, owns 55.8% shares of Grameenphone, Grameen Telecom owns
34.2% and the remaining 10% is publicly held.
Grameenphone
is looking for Customer Manager-Grameenphone Center for Bogra, Rangpur,
Dinajpur, Sylhet, Chittagong, Khulna, Jessore, Mymensing, Comilla, Barisal,
Rajshashi. Customer Manager-Grameenphone Center Provides sales & service to
walk in customers in GPC to ensure positive customer experience and achieve
sales & service KPI of respective Center.
The work station will be different GPCs in
Bangladesh except Dhaka Region. Provide quality Customer Service in GPC to
ensure positive customer experience. Support Center Manager in planning
efficient schedule to handle regular customer traffic and maintaining operation
standard. Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis, constantly show warmth. Provide
one-stop customer service as per defined processes to enrich customer
experience.
Fresh
Business Graduate (Students who are studying honors are also encouraged to
apply). Experience is not mandatory. The candidate has excellent communication
& presentation skills, Ability to work under pressure, Pleasant and
accommodating personality, Ability to work as a team.
