Habib Bank is looking for some Officer Sales

Habib Bank Limited (HBL), has presence in 24 countries across 5 continents through branches, subsidiaries, and related entities, including Hong Kong, UK, UAE and US. HBL is well positioned to become a bank of choice for the South Asian Diaspora as well as an international trade partner globally.

In order to support their business expansion, They are in urgent need of the Officer Sales.

The Officer’s Responsibilities are:

1. To achieve the individual sales targets ensuring compliance to bank's policies and procedures to support the achievement of branch target.
2. Promote the bank's products to new and existing customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities in order to achieve the targets.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of the branch sales plan and program for the business segment ensuring the consistency with the overall business plan of the Bank.
4. To build and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
5. Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer queries in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.
6. To ensure that the submitted documentations of customers are error free.

The candidate must have Graduation/Post Graduation degree in any discipline (preferably from business discipline) from recognized local or foreign university with no third class/ division.

The candidate should be competent to take challenging targets and energetic to achieve the set target and having 1-2 years relevant Sales experience in any local and foreign bank. 

Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic & self-motivated, Result & Target Oriented, Customer focus (Internal & External), Relationship building skills, Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary, Ability to work independently, under high pressure and tight deadlines, Ability to deal with customers with positive attitude, Having prior experience in sales will be considered as added advantage.

Salary will be set by Negotiating - depending on suitability & experience.
