Habib Bank Limited (HBL), has presence in 24 countries across five (05) continents through branches, subsidiaries, and related entities, including Hong Kong, the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States (US). HBL is well positioned to become a bank of choice for the South Asian Diaspora as well as an international trade partner globally.

In order to support their business expansion, they are in urgent need of Relationship Manager.

Job Description:

1.     Develop new business, ensuring healthy portfolio and maintaining good relationship with existing clients.

2.    Preparing, updating and renewal of credit proposals.

3.    Highlighting any deterioration in borrower’s financial standing and amend the borrower’s Risk Grade in a timely manner.

4.    Achieving budget and maximizing existing portfolio.

5.    Maintain in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business portfolio through regular visits.

Educational Qualification:

Post graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce)/MBA/BBA from reputed local or foreign universities.

Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years

Job Requirement:

1.     Should be competent to take challenging targets and energetic to achieve the set target.

2.    Minimum 3 years experience in corporate relationship management.

3.    The applicants should have experience in the area(s) – Credit/ Risk/ Relationship Management Department of a reputed local/ foreign bank.

4.    Candidates (Male/ Female) should be smart, dynamic and self-motivated.

5.    Good knowledge of credit/ risk/ relationship management within Banking/ financial sector.

6.    Excellent knowledge on relevant circulars/ guidelines/ policies of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.

7.    Ability to communicate in English (spoken/ written) is necessary.

Salary:

Negotiable.
