BRAC Bank Limited needs Direct Sales Executive

To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for its Sales Team under Retail and SME Banking Division as Direct Sales Executive.

Employment Type: Contractual 

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Key responsibilities:

1.    Responsible for making direct calls/visits to valued customers for selling Loans, Credit Cards, Deposits, Accounts etc. through building up a long term relationship with them.

2.   Achieve monthly sales target of various kinds of Retail & SME Products & product mixes.

3.   Maintain relationships and represent the Bank with clients to ensure continuation of business relationship.

4.     Work as part of the larger sales team in order to identify prospects existing with the clients and coordinate within the teams to deliver on those needs.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from reputed university.

Additional Job Requirements:

1.       Age below or equal to 30 year(s).

2.   Sales experience will be preferred.

3.   Willing to work outside of the 'traditional' office environment.

4.   Sincere, hard working, reliable, able to work under pressure and in a team environment.

5.   Smart, good oral and written communication skills.

Starting Salary: TK 8,000
