IFIC Bank Limited recently launched the mobile banking services with an aim to offer various value-added financial services at the doorsteps of both banked and unbanked population.

The Bank is looking for some dynamic individuals for its Mobile Banking Division who is ready to forward his career and contribute to set the mobile Banking of IFIC Bank as one of the topmost in the industry.

Position Name: Officer, Dispute Management

Under the direction of Regulatory & Compliance Officer, the Dispute Management Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all Disputes related to mobile financial services are reviewed and liaised through the mobile banking software.

Grade:

Junior Officer/Officer (commensurate based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• General Dispute Management process owner - identifies disputes and may proactively implement corrective actions to help ensure adherence.
• Monitor all mobile banking software Back Office user role functions.
• Submit reports to regulatory authority as per requirements.
• Maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports including new customer acquisition/accounts status etc.
• Responsible for back-office support of account queries
• Monitor and resolve Back Office operation and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
• At least 1-2 years previous dispute or objection handling experience preferably in banking/financial institution.
• Must be "hands-on," resourceful, energetic, and creative.
• Should have good technical knowledge
• Having knowledge of banking operations, audit concepts and techniques would be a plus.
• Age: Not over 30 years as on August 17, 2014
