Job Description / Responsibility

·     Supervision and monitoring of all works such as loans, advances & guarantees related to Credit Department are going on according to Bank’s internal credit manual and Bangladesh Bank prudential guideline.

·     Review and monitoring of the loan portfolio of the branch.

·     Assessment of the proposal of the prospective and potential clients.

·    Processing of credit proposals (fresh & renewal), preparation of CRG, and collection of CIB reports and confidential opinion on the borrowers and issuance of sanction letters to the borrowers and obtaining of proper security documents.

·    Proper maintenance of Safe-in Safe-out registers.

·    Obtaining draw-down permission from HO before disbursement of loan.

·    Recovery of installments against loan facilities.

·    Site visit and assessment of value of the property offered as security.

·  Inspection of the factories / project site, office / business place of the existing / proposed borrowers.

·  Supervision of compliance of internal and Bangladesh Bank Audit and Inspection reports relating to credit department and submission of the same to the appropriate authority in time. Keeping of the Audit records with safe custody.

·   Preparation and timely submission of all kinds of related statement related to the authorities concerned.

·     Preparation of vouchers related to loan disbursement.

·      Signing and passing of all vouchers related to Credit Department.

·    Monitoring & recovery of Nonperforming assets and issuance of reminder, final notice, legal notice etc.

·      Online CIB Reporting.

·     Supervision of preparation and timely submission of all kinds of statement related to Credit Department to the authorities concerned.

·      Deposit mobilization and procurement of business.

Educational Requirements:

MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University without having any 3rd Class/ Division.

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 year(s)of, At least 5-8 years Commercial Banking experience with exposure in Credit.
