Job Title: Probationary Officer

Age Limit: 30 years (maximum) & 22 years (minimum) as on 13.03.2014.

Educational Qualification: MBA with B.Sc in Textile Engineering.

Job Requirement: MBA/MBM/Masters with 4 years Honors' in: Business Administration, Finance, Finance & Banking, Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, English, Mathematics, Statistics, International Relations, Law, Public Administration from Govt. approved Universities. B.Sc.-Engr. With 4 years Hon's from Govt. approved Universities. Candidates must have at least 02 (two) 1st classes/divisions or equivalent (At least GPA-3.00 in case of S.S.C/H.S.C & 60% marks or CGPA 3.00 in case of Hons' & Master Degree). Candidates having 3rd Division/Class/GPA below 2.00 or marks below 45% in case of S.S.C/H.S.C and CGPA below 2.25 or marks below 45% in case of Hons' & Masters need not to apply. Computer literacy is a must.

Salary: Selected candidates will be appointed as Probationary Officer for a period of 1 (One) year with a monthly-consolidated pay of Tk. 40,000/- (Taka Forty Thousand) only. On successful completion of Probation period, they will be absorbed as Officer under the Bank's regular pay packages as admissible in the grade.
