As the Company is growing and adding new dimension of business for the benefit of capital market investors, it is needed to buildup the team further and stronger.  CSE invites applications from competent personnel for the following position: 

01.Head of Internal Audit
Qualification:
Masters degree in Finance or Accounting from well reputed foreign / local University should be qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant or Chartered Certified Accountant with knowledge of Internal Audit; knowledge of Exchange business would be an added advantage. Candidates should have worked in a similar position for a minimum of 5 years in a peer service institution.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
·        Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution of internal audit engagements and projects in line with CSE risk management standard and practices;
·        Develop audit programs, working papers, and internal audit reports;
·        Assist in preparing risk assessments and annual audit plans for CSE Audit and Risk Management Committee;
·        Work on teams focused on advisory projects and assist engagement management to successfully complete engagement objectives of CSE;
Additional experience:
·        Thorough knowledge in IFRS/IAS & ISA;
·        Computer literacy is a must;
·        Should be smart and well-conversant in oral and written communication both in Bangla and English;
·        Confident and self motivated to build career in service industry;
·        Ability to maintain composure under pressure while multitasked and multiple deadlines;   
02.Manager Market Research:
Qualification:
A finance or economics graduate with demonstrated leadership quality in broad financial markets. Candidates should have an experience of a minimum of 3 years as analysts or similar role in the investment industry.   CFAs are encouraged particularly.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
·        Identifying the research need areas to meet the defined business objectives of CSE
·        Identifying relevant information and data sources both at domestic and overseas levels
·        Establishing break-through communications with the relevant parties with numbers and analysis
·        Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans, successful execution and supervision of the research work;
·        Monitoring, screening and analyzing international economic and markets news
·        Monitoring national macro economic issues and explaining them to peers
·        Preparing business plan, including financial forecasts for CSE projects and their feasibilities.
Additional experience:
·        Proficiency in conceptualizing and developing proactive prospecting methodologies using such tools as constituent list segmentation, data mining and electronic and peer screenings related to the exchanges.
·        Clear understanding of the ethics.
·        Strong analytical skills, including expertise in the financial modeling and analysis of data.
·        Advanced spreadsheet skills.
·        Should good at oral and written communication both in Bangali and English;
·        Confident and self motivated to build career in financial service industry;
·        Ability to maintain composure under pressure while multiple deadlines;   
03. Assistant Manager Legal Affairs:  
Qualification:
4 (Four) years under graduation in Law and LLM for well reputed Foreign/Local University. Should have an experience of a minimum of 1 year, as legal practitioner under a senior lawyer or have experience in services organization in a financial company.   
Job Description/Responsibilities:
·        Support day to day regulatory affairs of CSE;
·        Help taking preventive measures towards regulatory risks of the Exchange and its jurisdiction;
·        Help initiate legal action against the violations of laws, rules regulation and ethics.
·        Identify the legal provisions to respond to investors’ complains
·        Performs research work on legal issues and provisions
·        Ensure timely legal actions are filed and effective results are achieved;
·        Timely feedback on status of pending cases;   
·        Liaison with police and court;
Additional experience:       
·        Should have knowledge on report writing in legal aspects;
·        Should have basic understanding of financial instrument transactions
·        Computer skill : MS Office;
·        Should be good at oral and written communication both in Bangali and English;
·        Confident and motivated to build career in financial service industry;
·        Ability to maintain composure under pressure while multiple deadlines;  

04. Senior Officer Inspection & Enforcement:  
Qualification:
A management graduate with finance and accounting background with financial markets experience. Candidates should have an experience of a minimum of 2 years having played a similar role in a service organization preferably financial organization.   
Job Description/Responsibilities:
·        Provide necessary system audit of TREC holders and introduce a system of regular inspection of brokers/dealers;
·        Continuously liaise between the other departments of the exchange/BSEC and the TREC holders on compliance related issues to resolve before being escalated for action on non compliance;
·        Ensure that adequate compliance monitoring systems and procedures are in place and maintained by the personnel responsible for inspection/supervision
·        Ensure that all applicable rules/regulations/procedures/directives code of conduct and any amendments therein are strictly adhered by brokers and the listed company
·        Initiate enforcement actions or recommend enforcement actions to BSEC, whichever is applicable, such as imposition of penalties, suspensions etc. cases requiring litigation shall be forwarded to the litigation Wing.

·        Should have knowledge on report writing;
·        Computer skill : MS office ;
·        Should be good at oral and written communication both in Bangla and English;
·        Confident and motivated to build career in service industry;
·        Ability to maintain composure under pressure while multiple deadlines;  

05. Senior Officer DP Services:  
Qualification:
A management graduate with finance/accounting/MIS/Management and Masters in Economies with financial markets experience. Candidates should have an experience of a minimum of 1 year having played a similar role in a service organization like Broking/Financial Services/ Banking organization.   
Job Description/Responsibilities:
·        Ensure DP Service activities relating to Beneficiary Accounts:
·        Ensure highest level customer service to the BO accounts holder:
·        Support to the Team Leader relating to BO accounts suspension and Profile update;  
·        Liaison with the listed company and CDBL through the team leader;
Additional experience:       
·        Should have knowledge on report writing;
·        Computer skill in both excel and MS word is a must;
·        Should be good at oral and written communication both in Bangali and English;
·        Confident and motivated to build career in service industry;
·        Ability to maintain composure under pressure while multiple deadlines;  
06. Senior Officer Market Operations:  
Qualification:
A management graduate with finance/accounting/MIS/Management and Masters in Economies with financial markets experience. Candidates should have an experience of a minimum of 2 years having played a similar role in a service organization like Broking/Financial Services/ Banking organization.   
Job Description/Responsibilities:
·        Continuous operating market Operation software for making effect on Instruments, Firms, Session, parameters and many more activities essential for market operation;
·        Continues dissemination of market news through online trading system;
·        Informed violations on Trading through Chief Business Officer  to Chief Regulatory Officer for necessary action;  
·        Prepare the report on market activities and general information for CSE;
Additional experience:       
·        Should have knowledge on report writing;
·        Computer skill in both excel and MS word is a must;
·        Should be smart and well-conversant in oral and written communication both in Bangali and English;
·        Confident and motivated to build career in service industry;

Job Location:
Head office, Chittagong; transferable to Dhaka, Sylhet and any other places as per CSE’s need.  Intercity traveling will be needed.
