The Bank is seeking for some dynamic individuals for the position of Relationship Officer/Credit Analyst based at Head Office as well as branches.

Position Name: Credit Analyst/Relationship Officer

Grade : To be commensurate with qualification & experience (SO to SPO)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, scrutinize, analyze and disposal of credit proposals maintaining the lead time for approval.
• Identify credit worthiness of the borrower.
• Risk Analysis, Checking of CRG of credit proposals and CIB report.
• Analysis of borrower, transactions of the account, purpose of the loan.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationship with the existing customer.
• Check the security aspects of the loan proposal.
• Verification of rectification of audit objections.
• Ensure compliance of internal & regulatory circulars/guidelines.
• Monitor accounts on regular basis and keep them under proper supervision.
• Inspection of projects (if necessary).

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or in other Business discipline.
• Minimum of 2-6 years experience as a Credit Analyst/Relationship Officer with credit analysis skill in a commercial bank or financial institution who has started his/her career as a Management Trainee or Probationary Officer.
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow under strict deadlines.
• Good hand in computer required to analyze, Prepare and process credit proposal.
• Must be an organized team player who can work independently and work under pressure with good interpersonal and negotiation skill.
