The
recruitment will be made at the level of Probationary Officer. To apply
for the position, the candidates require to fulfill the following criteria.
The candidate have a degree of MBA/ Masters
in Commerce/ Economics/ English/ Public Administration/ International
Relations/ Development Studies/ Political Science/ Law/ General History/ Statistics/
Mathematics/ Physics and Bank Management.
The
aspiring candidates should have minimum GPA
4.00 in a scale of 5.00 and CGPA
3.00 ina scale of 4.00. In the traditional system of academic result,
the candidates should have minimum 3 (three) First Divisions/Classes. Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in academic
results need not apply. All applicants must have excellent interpersonal
and communication skills with fluency in English and working knowledge of
computer applications especially in MS Office and Internet. Age not over 30 years as on February 28, 2014.
The
selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 years with a
monthly consolidated pay of Tk.35,000/- for the 1st year and Tk. 40,000/- for
the 2nd year. After successful completion of probationary period, he/she will
be absorbed as a "Senior
Officer" in prevailing compensation package of the bank for the
grade.
The
selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing
Tk.300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the bank for a minimum period of
3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain
conditions.
