Officer
– SCI & eCDD Operations has to provide day to day support in SCI & eCDD
processing for retail customers in compliance with bank's internal &
regulatory requirements in order to minimize the potential operational loss and
ensure high standard.
The Key responsibilities of Officer – SCI & eCDD Operations are:
•
Review of account opening documents and data entry in different systems (eBBS,
eCSVS, etc.)
• Updating information in Single Customer
Identifier (SCI) system for both non-borrowing and borrowing customers
•
Communicate with SCI Support team for exception handling, UVT, etc.
• Communicate with the BSSMs/STMs/RMs about
document discrepancies and resolve the issues
•
Ensure compliance with the Group CDD procedure & local regulatory requirements
•
Managing customers' documents as per the bank's policy
• Preparing MIS & reports
•
Supervise the support staffs in the team
Qualifications&
Skills for Officer – SCI & eCDD Operations :
1.
Minimum Graduate, with 2 years experience
in the Banking Industry
2.
Having knowledge about the Group CDD
procedure & local regulation relating to AML & KYC
3.
Having sound knowledge about different
company structure & account opening requirements
4.
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
and interpersonal skills
5.
Has ability to work under pressure
6.
Understanding the banking operations,
policies, regulations and risk management
7.
Good command over computer applications
specially in MS-Office.
