KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for making direct calls/visits to valued customer for selling Loans, Credit Cards, Deposits, Accounts etc. through building up a long term relationship with them

Achieve monthly sales target of various kinds of Retail & SME Products and product mixes.

Maintain relationships and represent the Bank with clients to ensure continuation of the business relationship.

Work as part of the larger sales teams in order to identify prospects existing with the clients and coordinate within the teams to deliver on those needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline from reputed university. At least 2 (two) first division are required in all examinations.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age below or equal to 30 year(s), Sales experience will be preferred.

Willing to work outside of the 'traditional' office environment

Sincere, hard working, reliable, able to work under pressure and in a team environment

Smart, good oral and written communication skills

Starting Salary:

TK 8,000

Other Benefits:

Consolidated monthly salary with attractive & incremental sales commission

Promotion will be given based on performance result.
