Head of Syndication

Job Grade:

Job grade will be offered on the basis of competency level ond experience of the candidate

Job Location:

Head office, Dhaka.

Compensation & Benefits:

 As per Bank's policy

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Post Graduation in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting / Bonking or MBA

• At least 15 years of working experience in Structured Finance/Syndication and/or Corporate Banking area of a Bonk/ Financial Organization. Period of experience soy be relaxed for extremely deserving candidates but the candidate must hove working experience in Structure Finance/Syndication for a considerable period of time

• Strong organizational, time management & decision making skills along with demonstration ability

• Excellent IT skills including database, worksheet application, PowerPoint, etc.

• Contact with other bonks/financial institutions/regulatory bodies, etc.

• Ability to perform under strict deadline while handling multiple priorities

• Proven ability and success in generating new business and meeting growth targets

• Sound knowledge of Bond, Preferred Share, Syndication & Structured products and related documentation

• Communication, analytical, interpersonal & presentation skills are required at excellent level
