Five Standard Questions of an Interview

A job interview can be described as a mutual "exchange of information" because it provides the candidate with an opportunity to both gain information about the department and position, and to discuss his/her own skills, and career goals in relation to the job.
1. Will you tell me about yourself?
2. Why would you leave your current position? Why did you leave your previous position?
3. What type of position are you looking for?
4. What are your strong/weak points?
5. Where do you see yourself in five years?
